Head of Sales

Reporting to: CEO

Hours: 9.30 - 3.00 (flexible)

Base salary: Negotiable

Bonus: Uncapped commission

There is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales person who can use their strategic sales skills to help shape the future of Digital Contact. The business is targeting the financial markets.

With a small but awesome team to work alongside, we are looking for our first dedicated sales person within the business. You will need to have a broad foundation of sales skills, with a very strong understanding of the financial markets.

You will have an impressive sales track record, a strong network of contacts within our client base market sector, be a self-starter who is used to working in a proactive “hands-on” sales and business development role. You will own the revenue target for the company and the success of your performance will be measured by growth in sales and associated revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Sales/business development strategy, implementation/execution
  • Generating revenue from existing and new clients
  • Identifying new markets and opportunities
  • Prospecting
  • Developing and managing the full sales process including after sales monitoring
  • Attending/presenting/networking at industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Managing/co-ordinating RFI/RFP responses,
  • Developing new product marketing & sales collateral
  • Liaising with the technical team and providing input to product development/roadmap
